As soon as we have located a potential firearm that matches your request, Blotters Guns will contact you with a link to the exact firearm for your approval. Once you have approved the selected firearm we can work out arrangements' for delivery to your local FFL dealer or purchase agreement through Blotters Guns.

Gun Orders Terms & Conditions

 

  • Blotters Guns will do our best to locate the firearm you requested, Blotters Guns is under no agreement or obligation to fulfill submitted request. Blotters Guns is committed to high customer satisfaction and will do our best at locating the desired firearm or one similar. 

  • Once the customer has agreed to purchase the firearm from Blotters Guns, all Federal and State laws will be followed by Blotter Guns during the purchase and or shipment of purchased firearm. If customer is not purchasing the purchased firearm locally over the counted Blotters guns will only transfer a firearm to a licensed approved  FFL dealer. 

  • Customers will be required to give their (Name, Address and DOB) prior to Blotters Guns purchasing and or ordering any requested firearm for said customer. The (Name, Address and DOB) of customer on sales agreement must match the customers (Name, Address and DOB) that purchased the firearm from Blottes Guns and or must match the (Name, Address and DOB) we give to the customers local FFL dealer if customer requests us to transfer purchased firearm. 

  • Once the customer has agreed to the purchase of a special ordered firearm BLotters Guns will then order the requested firearm. Once Blotters Guns orders the requested firearm there will be no returns accepted and purchasing customer will will be required to pass all background checks. 

  • If the original purchasing customer that matches original purchase agreement of said firearm cannot pass their local background check the firearm will become legal property of Blotters Guns and no recourse will be due to consumer. 

  • If customer requires Blotters Guns to ship purchased firearm to a licensed approved FFL dealer, the purchasing customer is required to pay all shipping and transfer fees associated with the transfer. If customer want Blotters Guns to setup a transfer to a local FFL dealer Blotters Guns charges a mandatory $30 fee on top of all shipping and transfer fees required by receiving FFL dealer. Customer can set up a local transfer and mail all information to BLotters guns for no extra cost to the customer. 

  • Blotters guns WILL NOT transfer a firearm to someone that does not pass Utah's BCI (background check) check and or comply with their local state and federal laws OR  Blotters guns will only transfer a firearm to a Licensed FFL dealer with a current license.

  • The person listed on the packing slip or transfer invoice is the only one able to pick up the firearm.  Minors are prohibited from doing FFL Transfers.

  • ​We will hold the firearm in inventory for 10 Days after we contact you with pickup arrangements and or shipment arrangements.  If you do not pick up the firearm within that time period, a Required Storage Fee will be assessed for the following days after ($10.00 per day).  After 30 Days, the firearm will become legal property of Blotters Guns and no recourse will be due to consumer.​

  • All firearms must comply with NFA regulations, all illegal guns will be turned over to the ATF for destruction. This will be done automatically, there will be no recourse since it is unlawful to take into inventory any firearm that 

  • A shotgun having a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length;

  • A weapon made from a shotgun if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 18 inches in length;

  • A rifle having a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length;

  • A weapon made from a rifle if such weapon as modified has an overall length of less than 26 inches or a barrel or barrels of less than 16 inches in length;

  • Any other weapon, as defined in subsection (e);

  • A machine-gun;

  • Any silencer (as defined in section 921 of title 18, United States Code); and

  • A destructive device.

  • *PLEASE NOTE: Purchasing a Gun for someone else, even online is illegal and considered a "Straw Purchase."  If you are not the actual transferee/buyer, we cannot transfer the firearm(s) to you under U.S.C. 922(g), (n) or (x).

  • FFL TRANSFERS that mistakenly show up at our store due to wrong FFL information will be a $100 FEE + Shipping Costs.  Customer will have 1 Week to have arrangements to ship firearm(s) out of Blotters Guns.  Blotters Guns reserves the right to retain item(s) as permanent inventory if Customer has no arrangements after 12 Business Days.

  • If a customer sends a firearm to us for transfer and the customer is DENIED on their BCI background check, customer is  responsible for SHIPPING to return the firearm  to the seller.  Additionally, the customer  is responsible to arrange shipping by providing the shipping label and any required information.  We will NOT ship the firearm back to the seller until we have all information. If customer does not provide required return information and shipping label within 30 days the firearm will become legal property of Blotters Guns and no recourse will be due to consumer.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any FFL Transfer at our discretion or if we feel illegal activity is being conducted.  Illegal activity is reported to the ATF & Local Law Enforcement Agency's.
